Didnt work
Tried using this product for models. Used it like I was supposed to, and it never set the glue at all. It was a big waste of money. Do not buy.
Best Accelerator on the market
I first came across this watching an Adam Savage video. I've been in love with it since. I use this so often I even have it in a dropper bottle for when I need to flood a very specific area. I would recommend if you're tired waiting for projects to dry.
Also didn’t work
Tried using on black super glue regular super glue and two different epoxy resin was hoping to use on a cutting board had it on one and a test one with nothing didn’t do anything
False advertising
Tried two different occasions with different super glues. All liquid and not gel style super glue. Definitely did not perform the way it’s supposed to. Not worth it. Waist of time. :(
Can’t belive this doesn’t have a 5 star review
This accelerator will for a fact activate any superglue,period. This stuff is awesome. The 1 star rating from the other two,well just read what they wrote. One said that it didn’t work with epoxy. Are you kidding me? It’s not meant for epoxy. Haha
Smells but..
..Works great. Used it on all super glue.
Best CA accelerator there is!
This should have a 5 star rating, it's the best out there, even works on the other "manufacturer's" super glue. I use the insta set along with BSI super gold+ for gluing clear parts and windows on 1/25 scale model cars with no fogging of the clear parts.
Works Every Time
If you don't use a product correctly, of course its not going to work. If you use a product the way the instructions tell you to, it will work every time. This product is to be used with most forms of CA glue (Crazy Glue, Super Glue, etc.) Nothing else.
Instantly sets every time, used for decades
I'm not sure about it working with all super glues, but when used with Bob Smith CA glues, it instantly sets every time. I've used this product for about 20 years now and it is a carpentars best friend.
CA accelerator
I have used this product for 30 years + on a daily basis works every time with ca glue. People that complain it doesn’t work need to do more research then because I can assure you it is NOT a waste of time and money,on the bottle use with all ca glues.
