I chose these pinking shears after reading various reviews on several well-known brands. Tried out on a single layer of quilting cotton: they open and close without strain or discomfort, and snip cleanly all the way to the tip. Very nice!!!
Pinking Shears
I have 2 nice pinking shears, but each has a hard spot to open when opening to cut. I just bought a pair of Singer and in package you could open and close them. They are very easy to open and close when cutting fabric.
