Sew-Ology Zipper Pulls
Love the look of this zipper pull, just what I was looking for. However, there were no instructions on how to attach it to the zipper! I can't get it open or even figure out how. Please put a picture or a couple words of instruction on the card.
Unable to use - can not open
This is the perfect answer to my zipper problem, however, there are no instructions nor visibly obvious way to attach the pull to an existing zipper. Who can I contact for help?
Great product !
After close examination, the pivot point is the small round point on the zipper pull. Apply pressure to the sides with small plies and it will unlatch on opposite of small hole. Be gentle when applying pressure with pliers.

i got rhinestone one & thought it opened, was very shocked too no instructions & only two in store. may sell more if people actually knew how to use. Thanks to the person who posted the video link!

No instruction regarding how to open to install/use. Very unsatisfactory!
How to attach the zipper pull, easy peasy now.
You use small pliers gently to squeeze the hasp above the square piece, it will pop open. If you squeeze to hard as I did on my second pull you will have adjust or open the hasp so it will fit the lock slot. I love the look of this pull.

Gently squeeze the "U" shape at the base. I used a small needle nose pliers. Gently turn it away from the base and it opens.
