Top removal
How in the heck does the top come off (to get to the water tank)? For the life of me I cannot get it off. Going back for refund.
Kinda confusing at first
I wish it came with instructions cause i was so confused how it worked. The bottom you have to pull and then everything else is explanatory! Love it!!
Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser
I had difficulty removing the sleeve until I removed the round rubber piece attached to the water tank. Much easier to refill.
Will not work
We have to drive 45 min to the store one way. Purchased this, got it home followed instructions and will not function. We did everything that was instructed. $17.99 plus tax. It was a waste of our money. And we do not get up to town often. A waste.
